I'm a Master Stylist, Minnesota native, and the face behind Opal + Onyx.
While my specialties are curly cuts, blonde, balayage, and vivid, I love ALL things hair!
I've learned a lot as I approach 8 years in this industry, however, I think we've all felt the importance of human contact, self care, and the impact it can have on our daily lives. Simply put, when you are a guest in my chair, you are just that; my guest. Hair care is a luxury and your experience should be too!
It is my desire to create a space within the studio where you can not only leave feeling confident about your appearance, but confident in feeling heard and a part of the process.

Why Opal + Onyx?
Simply put, Opal and Onyx are my two favorite stones. Opal is radiant, a softer stone and varies in vibrancy and design. Onyx is strong, bold, and resilient. Opal also happens to be my late Aunt’s birthstone. I couldn't think of a better way to honor the woman who always encouraged me to take the risks and dream big.

My passion is to bring self-care to the forefront. At Opal + Onyx, beauty is so much more than a luxury or a privilege, it's your right! It is my goal to create a space within my studio where everyone not only feels they belong, but feels they’ve been heard; where you can leave feeling just as much encouraged as you do refreshed.
